We dared to start this centre exclusively for exotic animals and a 24 hour service with a constantly present specialist veterinarian.
It is well known these species usually hide symptoms of their diseases, which suddenly appear unexpectedly, making emergency consultations necessary. However, many times the emergency services offered by most clinics and hospitals require prior notice (because the specialist is not present) or simply the veterinary surgeon on duty is not sufficiently qualified in exotic animal medicine.
Our facilities have three different consulting rooms, one for different types of species, and a spacious waiting room, so animal stress is reduced in case several pets have to wait at the same time.
There are separate hospitalisation rooms for herbivores and carnivores, so stress can also here be reduced. To avoid transmission between animals a third hospitalisation room is destined to keep animals with infectious diseases.
Our surgery and pre-surgery are equipped with all necessary material for any kind of intervention to these animals.
On the upper floor we have a separate area, with no contact with ill animals, for a boarding kennel service, which is offered to all those owners which have to make a trip somewhere, and a big conference room, perfect for courses and conferences.
